Equipment Auction FAQ's
General Questions

How often do you have these auctions? We hold monthly equipment auctions, on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.

How can I sell my items? Call or text Michael at 540-854-7289 to discuss consigning your equipment & vehicles. We handle everything from start to finish!

What is your address? Our address is 27388 Mine Run Rd. Rhoadesville, VA 22542.

Bidding & Fees

What's your buyer's premium? Our buyer's premium is 10% of the winning bid amount. This fee is added to your winning bid to determine your total purchase price.

How can I tell if something has a reserve on it? Reserve information is not disclosed in advance. The majority of our items sell without reserves. For items that do have reserves, you'll see "Reserve Met" displayed once the bidding reaches the reserve price. We only accept a small number of reasonable reserves for each sale.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks, wire transfers ($16 Fee), and major credit/debit cards (3% Processing Fee).

Inspection & Preview

Can I preview the items I'm bidding on? Yes! Our lot is open during daylight hours for preview. Our start & run preview is held the Tuesday before the auction from 9AM-5PM sharp and auction day from 8:30AM-4:00PM sharp. We strongly encourage all bidders to thoroughly inspect items before bidding. All sales are final and items are sold "as-is."

Pickup & Loading

When can I pick up my items? Items must be removed during our scheduled pickup days. Pickup & Payment is the Thursday following the auction from 8:30AM-4:30PM sharp. We are also available for pickup on the Friday after the auction from 8:30AM-12:00PM sharp. No weekend pickups are available.

What do "starts," "runs," and "drives" mean in your descriptions? "Starts" and "Runs" mean the engine turned on at the time of testing. "Drives" means the vehicle moved under it's own power around our lot at the time of testing. These descriptions are meant to aid our buyers with critical information but do not replace their need to come and preview the items before bidding or purchasing.

Do you help load? We provide basic loading assistance with our equipment when available, but buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate transportation. If the auction company deems the transportation method is unfit or unsafe for the item being loaded, the item will not be loaded for your safety and the safety of our staff.

Titles & Documentation

Does the vehicle/trailer I'm bidding on come with a title? All vehicles and trailers we sell include clean & clear titles. We guarantee clean & clear title for all titled items. All titled items must be transferred into the buyer's name within 90 days of the auction they were purchased in.

What does "title delay" mean in a listing? "Title delay" simply means we may not physically have the title in our possession by the time the auction closes and items are picked up. Buyers are still guaranteed a clean and clear title for these items as well.
