Four unique and beautifully crafted children’s playhouses, designed and built by the talented students at Central High School.
Each playhouse is made with top-quality materials generously donated by Kenbridge Construction Company, and 100% of proceeds support the CHS high school carpentry program.

Successful buyers will be contacted shortly after the close of the auction via phone call. Cash and check payments accepted only. Checks will be made out to Central High School Carpentry Dept.. All payments must be submitted by the end of the day Wednesday, June 3rd. A delivery date must be arranged with CHS/ Kenbridge Construction within 1 week of purchase. All playhouses must be removed from the CHS premises within 45 days. Delivery is included within a 40-mile radius of Central High School. Purchasers must make their own arrangements for pickup and delivery at their expense if the destination is beyond the 40-mile radius. All site prep for placement of the playhouses falls on the property owner/playhouse purchaser.
